Since year 2020, the National Superintendency of Labor Inspections (SUNAFIL) requires organizations to mandatorily use the SUNAFIL Electronic Mailbox, which is a mailbox that is automatically assigned to each employer in our country and is considered as a mandatory digital registered address to receive notices in connection with any administrative processes and/or acts currently in progress at said entity.
