Alfredo Nusser Dammert

Industrial Engineer from the Universidad de Lima. He has participated in the International Management and Leadership Program of the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas (Laureate), in the International Professionalization Coaching Program of the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, in the Management Development Program of the Universidad de Piura; and he has a Specialization on "Discovering Business in China" in Shanghai Tongji Universitiy and IEDE Business School. Alfredo has 29 years of professional experience regarding business consulting, especially in Project Management, Process Redesign, Organizational Diagnosis, Information Technology, Strategic Planning, Organizational Change of Management plans, Take Over Projects, Incubation and launches of Business and Services, search and selection of professionals, among others. He worked for over 8 years at Arthur Andersen and Andersen Consulting. He is Managing Partner of BDO Consulting S.A.C. since 1998, and he holds the position of General Manager of the Firm since 2002.
